A Saskatchewan-based commercial mechanical contractor. Family-owned since 1965. Shops in Regina and Saskatoon. Building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and projects under one accountable team.

We started in Regina in 1965, and we've stayed in Saskatchewan since. Three generations into the business, we still answer to the same name on the truck — now from two shops, Regina and Saskatoon — for many of the same families of buildings we worked on in the eighties and nineties.

What's changed is what we sell. We're still mechanical contractors — but the work that defines us today isn't the service call. It's the long-term partnership: the documented Systems Analysis, the annual Condition Report, the team that owns a building's mechanical health year after year. We build that on top of sixty years of knowing what actually goes wrong in Saskatchewan buildings, and on a multi-trade integration most contractors in this market can't match.

We're invested in your bottom line — and we say so in the first meeting.

Partnership only works when both sides win. Intensive maintenance has to land on your P&L — fewer surprise repairs, longer asset life, predictable operating costs — not just ours. We say it out loud in the Concept Meeting, build it into the Systems Analysis, and prove it again every year in the Condition Report.

We tell you the truth about your building before we ask you to sign anything.

Site Assessment, Systems Analysis, and Needs Analysis are the front of every relationship. If partnership isn't the right fit, we say so.

We don't disappear after the sale.

The same assigned team works your building year after year. No rotating strangers who need a tour every visit.

We document everything.

Every visit, every reading, every calibration date — in a portal the building owner can audit anytime. The annual Condition Report and Report Card are part of partnership, not extras.

We don't bill our way out of problems.

Under partnership, a found-during-PM repair doesn't generate an invoice. That removes the perverse incentive every reactive contractor lives under.

We do all of it under one roof.

HVAC is what most clients hire us for first. It's not the only thing we do.

HVAC

Preventive maintenance, repair, retrofit, controls, and refrigerant management across rooftop units, make-up air, exhaust, hydronic systems, boilers, chillers, and condensing equipment.

Plumbing

Fixtures, drainage, water heaters, backflow preventer testing. In Saskatchewan, plumbers also hold gas-fitting tickets — the same techs service your gas-fired equipment.

Electrical

Service work, component replacement, and project support on the electrical side of mechanical systems.

Refrigeration

Walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, glass-door merchandisers, blast chillers, ice machines. Cold-chain documentation, refrigerant compliance.

Projects

Design and installation work outside the maintenance program — equipment replacement, controls upgrades, new mechanical-room builds, system retrofits.

The point isn't to list five trades. The point is that you don't have to coordinate five vendors when one of those trades touches another — which on a real building is most of the time. And most of our techs hold tickets in more than one of these.
